Q.1. What is Papa Media?
A.1. Papa Media is an online retailer of products, both new and used, in the following segments:

Our proprietary technology and our global network of suppliers and distribution channels enable us to provide our customers with over 6 million "in stock" titles at the lowest possible cost.
Q.2. Where is my order? Can it be tracked?
A.2. You may check the status of your order at the Order Tracking page. In most cases, a tracking number would be provided if the order has shipped. Since your order may ship from overseas and we only offer a single shipping option (15 to 45 days with an average of 30 days), please wait until the delivery estimate has passed before filing a Missing Order Report through the Order Tracking page.

Shipping Time:
We have suppliers and processing centers in several countries, so your order may ship from overseas. We ship worldwide. Most items may be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Delivery time is 30 days in most cases, but the general range is 15 to 45 days. We do not offer expedited shipping on small orders. Bulk orders of 25 copies or more of the same item would automatically ship by an expedited method.
Shipping Carriers:
We use a variety of carriers, and will choose the most appropriate delivery method for your desired shipping address. It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier or shipping account when placing your order. Tracking is not required but we do provide it in most cases. All orders must be shipped; we do not offer a service for you to pickup your own order in person.

Please wait at least 45 days from your order date before filing a Missing Order Report through our website. If you have waited more than 45 days and would like to file a Missing Order Report, please locate your order in your Account page or the Order Tracking page, and click on the "Escalate" link.
Q.4. Can I get any quantity or shipping discounts on multiple items?
A.4. We are normally unable to offer any shipping discounts on multiple items. However, you may subscribe to the Papa Club through which you would save 30% on shipping on all future orders. If you are planning to order a large number of items, you may want to subscribe to the Papa Club and login to your account before placing your order. For details, see the Papa Club page.
Q.5. My order mentions that it comes with Bonus Material; how do I access this material?
A.5. If the item you ordered comes with bonus material, then you have full access to the bonus material (activities) related to the item as soon as you place your order. In order to access these activities, just login to your PapaMedia.com account, find the item, and click on the bonus material. As long as you're logged in, you will have full access. We do not mail out physical copies of the bonus material but you may print out copies and distribute them as long as you include our copyright message that appears at the bottom of these activities.
Q.6. What is a back-order? When will I receive a back-ordered item?
A.6. A back-ordered item is one that we try and source for you from our global supplier base, not just once, but every day (as stock counts change continuously). You may cancel a back-order at any time prior to it being sourced and processed. Back-orders have a 50% success rate of being filled within 3 months. We begin the searching/sourcing process within 24 hours of your back-order being placed.
Q.7. What forms of payment do you accept?
A.7. We accept the following forms of payment via our Website, Email, Phone, or Fax:

• Paypal
• E-check (ACH)

To order through our website, just add the item to the shopping cart and click on the Checkout button. There you can login to your Paypal account and pay via Paypal, or if you do not wish to use Paypal you can pay by credit or debit card by clicking on the "Continue" link (note that selecting this option will allow you to pay for your order and does not automatically create a Paypal account; it just gives you the option to do so at the end). If you wish to pay by E-check (ACH), please contact us.
To order by email, phone, or fax, please download and fill out our Order Form. Our contact details can be seen on the Contact Us page of our website.
Please note that the transaction on your statement may appear with our parent company’s name, Kanal, Inc.
Q.8. What is your Cancellation Policy? What is your Return Policy? How do I use my Store Credit or Gift Balance?

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel your order before it is processed, or if your order is cancelled by us for any other reason, you may be eligible to receive Store Credit or a refund equal to the full value of your order (including shipping charges). Issuing of Store Credit or a refund depends on several factors such as when or where your order was placed and the reason for cancellation. If you are issued Store Credit, the credit would be added in the Gift Balance field in your PapaMedia.com account, and can be used towards future purchases.
If you would like to cancel an order before it is processed, please find your order in your Account page or the Order Tracking page, click on the "Escalate" link, and then choose the "Cancel Order" option.
Return Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it in its original condition within 7 days of receipt (exception: video games and software products cannot be returned once opened due to the license code being revealed; such returns would not be authorized). Once your return is processed, you are eligible to receive Store Credit or a refund equal to the item price you paid, excluding any shipping charges and up to a 20% restocking fee. Unauthorized, missing, or damaged returns may be assessed a restocking fee of up to 100%. Orders returned to us undeliverable as addressed will be treated as regular returns. Issuing of Store Credit or a refund depends on several factors such as when or where your order was placed and the reason for return. If you are issued Store Credit, the credit would be added in the Gift Balance field in your PapaMedia.com account, and can be used towards future purchases. Please note that we may take upto 7 days after receiving back your order to process your return.
If you would like to return an order, please find your order in your Account page or the Order Tracking page, click on the "Escalate" link, and then choose the "Return Order" option. You will see return instructions printed on the screen.
Store Credit:
If you have received Store Credit from our store, it would have been added in the Gift Balance field in your account. To use your Store Credit, just login to your PapaMedia.com account, add the items you would like to order to your shopping cart, and your Store Credit will automatically apply towards your order total in the shopping cart page. Please note that our payment processor has a minimum transaction value of $0.01, so this amount would be charged even if you have sufficient Store Credit.
Q.9. How do I market for Papa Media i.e. how do I become a Papa Media Affiliate?
A.9. The Affiliate Program pays you to advertise Papa Media through your own website, email, offline marketing, or other marketplace accounts. All members of Papa Media are Affiliates as well, so just use the Register form to sign up. The Affiliate Website Generator and the Reseller Program are Affiliate Marketing features that are accessible through your PapaMedia.com account page. Q.10. How do I sell my items through Papa Media i.e. how do I become a Papa Media Supplier?
A.10. The Supplier Program allows you to sell your own items through our global sales channels. In order to become a Papa Media Supplier, you must have at least 1,000 items in stock and a high feedback rating on another major online marketplace. If you meet these requirements, please visit the Supplier Program page for further details.
Q.11. How do I subscribe to or unsubscribe from your email newsletters?
A.11. In order to subscribe to our email newsletters, you would need to click on the Register link to create an account, and check the newsletter options. If you wish to unsubscribe from any of our email newsletters, just login to your account and uncheck the corresponding option. Alternately, you may click on the unsubscribe link in the left panel of our website and unsubscribe without having to login to your account. You may also unsubscribe without logging in by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the newsletter email.
