Vendor Program

PapaMedia.com's Vendor Program consists of the Supplier Program (listing your own inventory for sale) and the Sourcing Program (sourcing and re-shipping inventory from other suppliers).

Papa Media's Supplier Program welcomes suppliers from across the globe to list and sell their inventory through our online platform.

Your inventory would be listed in your own Papa Media Store, and can be searched by our customers throughout our website and our global marketing channels.

No Extra Charges

We do not charge any listing fees. We process all payments from customers and only charge a 10% commission on the item price when an item is sold and shipped. We let suppliers set their own custom shipping rates.

Management System

We accept inventory file formats from several other popular online marketplaces. We provide FTP accounts to automate and simplify inventory and order processing, and can be easily integrated with most inventory management systems.

*Payments are automatically disbursed once per 15 days by Paypal or bank transfer (direct deposit or wire transfer).

Conditions

In order to become a Papa Media Supplier, you must meet all of the following conditions:

Have a high feedback rating (customer testimonials visible) on any major online marketplace
Have at least 1,000 SKUs (unique titles) in stock and ready to ship within 2 business days
Be able to offer international shipping on all items listed
Be able to ship all orders without any promotional material except our own packing slip, and with a tracking number (customs form number is accepted for international shipments)
Be able to accept customer returns for any reason and provide a full item cost refund (the commission charge is refunded back to you and the shipping credit is retained by you)

Sourcing Agents

We are also looking for Sourcing Agents in the US, Canada, Japan, and Western Europe to source inventory from other popular online retailers and re-ship to our customers. Sourcing Agents earn 10% of the item cost as fees and are reimbursed the actual item and shipping costs. Payments are automatically disbursed once per 15 days by Paypal or bank transfer (direct deposit or wire transfer).

Service Providers

Lastly, we are looking for Service Providers globally that would like to take on projects in any administrative support area for a fixed fee per project.
